  • Kauai = $713,000
  • Maui, Lanai, Molokai = $657,800
  • Hawaii Island = $636,150

While looking for your Hawaii home to buy using your VA loan benefits, you will likely see properties that are listed at prices above these limits. Don’t necessarily count them out.
