Kelsey was born and raised in Colorado and holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Married to her active duty Navy husband for 12 years, she has lived many places, including two overseas assignments in Japan and Iceland. Together, they have four children and are happy to call Hawaii home (for now!). In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys family time at the beach, hiking, and watching her children play sports.
