Versatility is her strength! Cassandra joins Hawaii VA Loans as a Production Assistant with an exemplary background in management, customer service, and the financial industry. Some of her roles include Functional Area Records Manager in the healthcare industry, Retail Store Manager, and Assistant Bank Manager for Washington Mutual to name a few.
Before rising to the Assistant Bank Manager position at Washington Mutual, Cassandra trained and became adept at knowing the key roles of loan officers, retirement specialists, and bankers. Furthermore, when Washington Mutual was purchased by JP Morgan Chase, she played a vital role at helping bank customers and employees navigate the challenging change.
Cassandra’s attributes throughout her career have been those of high level organization, dedicated process improvement, and caring customer service. The addition of her characteristics and work ethic to the Hawaii VA Loans team continues to elevate the homebuying experience for our customers.
Outside of her professional life, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, cross-stitching, watching rom-coms, and taking walks along Kailua Beach with her dogs.
An Interesting Fact About Cassandra:
She has lived in Turkey, Japan, India, and even Alaska. Even more, the coldest temperature she has experienced is -60 degrees! Brrr!
