Interesting Fact About Mate:
One year, she worked for a jewelry company with the goal of attracting people to a tour bus that would take them to the jewelry store for potential purchasing . There was a German ship that arrived for three days, but none of the jewelry workers spoke German. Needless to say, the first day didn’t go well in sales. Mate decided to learn some German phrases on Google Translate that could help with communication. The next day, she was by herself and was able to garner $5,000+ in sales!
