There’s no doubt she’s a winner! Prior to entering the mortgage industry as a VA Loan Specialist, Julie took the hospitality industry by storm for eight years as a Sales Executive and Senior Marketing Executive. She won the following H. I. L. T. O. N. Awards for Core Values: the Hospitality award (within 6 months of being hired) and the Now award (just one year later). Julie topped those accolades off by taking home the Hilton Grand Vacations Pi’ilani Award for Top Marketing Performance two years in a row.
Perhaps a large part of her success can be attributed to her personal mission: Do the Most Good. For the Most People. With the Most Aloha.
Thus, Julie is known for her aloha, her customer service, and going the extra mile. She believes that “we operate at the speed of trust” and that “we are better together, greater together, and we get there together.” Now, that’s a recipe for success when it comes to helping Hawai’i veterans become homeowners!
Julie is a Kamehameha Schools “Lifer” spending all her young academic years there (kindergarten through 12th grade). After high school graduation, she attended the University of the Pacific and received a B.A. in Education with a minor in Fine Arts. She also currently holds licenses in both real estate and life insurance.
Julie’s happy place is located within the experiences of music and the ocean. Therefore, the art of hula and the sport of outrigger canoeing are very near and dear to her.
An Interesting Fact About Julie:
She is honored to be an award winning Pā’ū Princess and Equestrian Unit in the 103rd King Kamehameha Celebration Floral Parade. Perpetuating the Hawaiian tradition and culture of Pā’ū riding is an endeavor that Julie holds close to her heart.
