Step One: Open your Doc Link

Step Two: Sign In

Step Three: Consent to eSign

Step Four: Confirm eSign Image

Step Five: eSigning

Step Six: Finish

After you finish signing all the documents this screen will pop up:

After you click 'Finish' this screen will pop up letting you know you have completed all actions. Click on the PDF icon to download a digital copy of your disclosures:

After downloading a copy of the disclosure, click 'Sign Out' to finish.
