What To Expect From Us

You will be receiving a call from one of our VA Loan Specialist so they can gather some general information necessary to see what you can qualify for on a VA Loan.

Here's a general idea of some of the information the VA Loan Specialist will request from you:

• Names of those who will be on the loan
• Current address
• Income & employment information
• Banking and asset information
• Information needed to pull a credit report

If at all possible, please have your financial statements ready to reference just in case.

Verifying Eligibility

On every VA Loan, we'll need to verify that you are actually eligible for a VA Loan. To do this, we'll need to pull you Certificate of Eligibility (COE).
