Watch her rise! Dayna Keama’s career history demonstrates that she advances to the top of her chosen work fields quickly. Within a year and a half of starting as a teller for a local bank, she was promoted to Service Supervisor, and just a few short years after that, Dayna took on the role of Relationship Banker. In addition, she was nominated and awarded multiple accolades for her performance. As Dayna now joins Hawaii VA Loans as a Pre-Qualification Specialist, we are certain her growth with us will continue to reach new heights.
Dayna remarks that while growing up, she learned an important life value that fuels her: kuleana (responsibility).
“It is my kuleana to make sure that I provide tools and resources to my community in order for them to be successful in obtaining their goals and dreams. Growing up in Kane’ohe, I also learned the importance of ‘ohana (family) and treating my clients as though they are my ‘ohana is what I do best!”
The values of kuleana and ‘ohana that Dayna holds dear are an awesome benefit to the many Hawaii residents, old and new, who are pursuing their goals of Hawaii homeownership through the VA home loan program.
Dayna is a proud graduate of James B. Castle High School and Windward Community College where she received her Associate of Arts degree. She loves to spend time with her family, especially at the beach, camping, and on Sundays when they all get together and clean Tutu’s yard and have family dinners.
