The office location in Kailua was super convenient for us- it was within walking distance of our condo and the office staff we interacted with at the Kailua branch was friendly & helpful. Our loan specialist, Kit, was the best! We especially liked being able to meet with Kit in person. From day one he was always available to help us with questions, forms, explanations of unfamiliar terms, & reminders of up-coming suspenses. Kit made it possible for us to complete our whole loan process & closing in record time. We think very highly of Kit. He was well versed on all the ins & outs of the loan procedures & always treated us with kindness & respect.
