Due to circumstances in our home, our process took much longer to complete (no fault of Hawaii VA loans). Our loan specialist, Kit, was incredibly kind and patient and checked in every couple of weeks until the construction of our repairs were completed. He spoke to us like he truly cared and had our best interest in mind at all times. Communication was always fast and efficient.
