After seven years, she joined Bank of San Juans as a Lending Assistant to all their business bankers. In Hawaii, Beth became a Relationship Banker I at Bank of Hawaii and quickly achieved the roles of Relationship Banker III and Financial Services Representative. She has also been a notary for many years.
We are fortunate that Beth now brings her incredible expertise to the Hawaii VA Loans team. It’s no wonder that some of her best attributes are her organization and communication skills. As evidenced by her career achievements, Beth’s ability to learn quickly is second to none. In her financial mind, you’ll find the many tools it takes to help manage the customer relationships that come with applying for a home loan.
A stand-out characteristic of Beth’s is the empathy she has for her customers. For example, an elderly customer she worked with at Bank of Hawaii was having trouble with the online banking website. Since it was difficult for Beth to explain it over the phone, she offered to go to his house and set it up for him! He was grateful for her willingness to go beyond the requirements of her job to ensure that he was taken care of.
When she’s not going the extra mile for her customers, Beth enjoys spending time with her friends and family in the outdoors. Whether it is camping, snowboarding, playing softball, hiking, going to the beach, or just sitting by the fire talking story. She also loves creating art through painting, drawing, photography and her newest hobby of jewelry making.
